Today’s veteran-related news includes an USA Today Article about the growing homeless veteran population and a NPR Report about the ever-present backlog of VA disability claims. These are critical issues before the Department of Veterans Affairs and will require contributions on the part of the entire nation to resolve.
Although these are systemic issues with no simple solution, the veterans benefits section at Fink Rosner Ershow-Levenberg is here to assist individual veterans with questions about their VA entitlements. I commonly receive calls from veterans who are unsure of how advocate their case or uncertain of the status of their VA disability compensation or pension claim. Fink Rosner Ershow-Levenberg has made a long-term commitment to assisting veterans and we offer a free review and consultation of any veteran’s VA claim.
Even prior to formal representation before the Department of Veterans Affairs, I am able to obtain a copy of the entirety of a veteran’s VA claims file through the submission of a VA Form 3288. The VA claims file is critical for analyzing whether there were errors during the VA adjudication process and/or entitlements that a veteran is not otherwise receiving.
Therefore, if you received an unfavorable Rating Decision or are confused about the status of your VA disability compensation or pension claim, please do not hesitate to contact me for a free consultation at sdirector@FRE-L.com or (732) 382-6070.
