BIOGRAPHY
Alicia joined our legal team in 2025 with thirteen years of experience including representing many clients on Social Security and SSI Disability appeals, as well as other litigation matters. A graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, Alicia clerked for the Honorable Noah Bronkesh, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Atlantic City NJ, and then immediately embarked on her career as an attorney.
Alicia was recognized as an Emerging Leader by the Burlington County Times and the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce in 2015, and was an Honorary Commander at Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst, where she was selected to participate in a special military-civilian liaison program which partners civilian leaders with selected military units to facilitate military-civilian understanding. She has also been involved with a variety of nonprofit organizations, and mainly involves herself with general disability advocacy as well as veteran’s issues. A proud “Air Force Brat” herself, she has a special interest in advocating about the problems facing active duty military and veteran family members, particularly when disability issues are a factor for family members of the servicemember or veteran. She’s a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives (NOSSCR) and the Elder & Disability Law Section of the NJ State Bar Association.
A strong and vigorous advocate with a passion for the law, Alicia’s practice areas at the Firm include Social Security and SSI Disability appeals; elder law and Medicaid eligibility planning; Special Needs Trusts and estate litigation.
