The public is allowed to attend the quarterly meetings of the Medical Assistance Advisory Council (MAAC). The council provides input to the state Director of the Division of Medical Assistance and Human Services (DMAHS) in the design and implementation of the NJ Family Care/ Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs. Federal law and State statute provides for the establishment of the Medical Assistance Advisory Council (MAAC). The MAAC’s primary objective is to advise the Director in matters of medical care and health services, for those whom the program is designed to serve, and to foster communication with the public. There is supposed to be a time at some point in each meeting for public comments.

Monday, April 13, 2015 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Monday, October 19, 2015 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
The meetings will be held at: The New Jersey State Police Headquarters Complex ,Public Health, Environmental and Agricultural Laboratory (PHEAL) Building ,3 Schwarzkopf Drive ,Ewing Township, NJ 08628.
