As Legal Secretary for the firm since 2003, Donnetta assists with all the Estate Planning, Real Estate sale, Trust, Guardianship and Litigation. She is also involved with other projects such as Fair Hearing appeals, Docketing Judgments, calendar scheduling, etc.

Donnetta graduated from Essex County College, Newark, in 2001 with an Associate degree in legal assistant studies. She is an active member of her church and assists with preparing the Acolyte Schedule, Bulletin, and other activities.

When you meet Donnetta, you will see she has a calming influence on everyone around her, an attribute appreciated by clients and attorneys alike.

In her free time, Donnetta loves to cook, clean, watch television, go on vacation, and spending much needed time with her family.

Tiffany C. Jacobs became employed by Fink Rosner Ershow-Levenberg Marinaro, LLC (formerly Fink Rosner Ershow-Levenberg LLC) on September 2, 2003, as Legal Assistant to
Linda S. Ershow-Levenberg, Esq. She began managing the Social Security Disability cases for 10+ years; and then later moved on managing the Fiduciary and Estate Planning cases, providing administrative support to the Firm, and secretarial support with initial new client intakes, calendar scheduling, various typing projects for Ms. Ershow-Levenberg’s lectures and articles, compiling Medicaid application files and various other secretarial duties. She now currently is responsible for managing the systems, the premises and anything else that the Firm feels she is capable of handling. She is a Notary Public of the State of New Jersey as well as a former member of the National Association of Legal Secretaries and the Essex-Union County Legal Professionals Association.

Tiffany graduated from Linden High School, Linden, NJ in 1992 as a Business Honor Roll student. She attended the Business Co-Operative Education Program which included working part-time as a Legal Assistant at Schering-Plough Corporation, Kenilworth, NJ. She then obtained her Legal Office Specialist Certificate in 1993 at The Cittone Institute, Edison, NJ. She worked as an Assistant Legal Secretary for 13 years in various areas of Personal Injury Law. She later moved to Elder Law at Fink Rosner Ershow-Levenberg Marinaro, LLC where she has been faithfully employed for 20+ years.

Tiffany also enjoys attending Church and Bible Study where is very active in ministry while also the secretary of the New Hope Voices where she enjoys singing under the Creative Music & Arts Auxiliary of the New Hope Baptist Association (Newark, NJ). She also began a new hobby and published her first book in February, 2024 as a new author titled “Secure Your Future: A Millennial’s Guide to Basic Estate Planning and Financial Freedom” available for purchase on Amazon.

As the Firm’s Probate and Fiduciary Services Assistant, Lin’s responsibilities include all Estate Administration (Probate) files and all cases in which an attorney at the firm is serving as a Trustee, Executor/Administrator, Guardian or Power of Attorney. She manages multiple client accounts for estates and trusts, making sure all bills are paid on time. She also assists the Medicaid Assistant and Probate Paralegal contacting insurance companies, banks, and stock companies.

Linda graduated from Union Catholic High School, Scotch Plains, in 1982, where she studied business and art. She gained office and law experience for a several years before staying at home to raise her children. Once her kids started school, she started working part time for us in 2004 and now is working full time for the office.

Now empty nesters (sort of) her and her husband Brian like to spend time socializing with their friends going out to dinner, wineries and distilleries around the State of New Jersey. Linda also likes to spend her home time crocheting, making bread and doing jigsaw puzzles.

Irene joined the Firm in August 2009 as a Legal Assistant responsible for processing Medicaid applications. Prior to joining Fink Rosner Ershow-Levenberg, LLC, she worked for Bank of America where she developed excellent organizational skills which lend merit to her abilities in assembling and filing Medicaid applications.

Irene’s dedication to her position and the rapport she has established with the various financial institutions and County Boards of Social Services enable her to provide personal assistance and guidance to each client as they maneuver their way through the Medicaid process.

In her free time, Irene enjoys spending time with her Family and Friends, cooking and gardening. Irene is bilingual in Greek and English.

Audrey Skrocki - Administrative Assistant

Audrey joined our staff in October 2009 as an Administrative Assistant. A cheerful and dependable member of the staff. She is responsible to close out the Firm’s completed matters, by sending disengagement letters, entering the closed status information into the electronic system, preparing the files for storage, and returning original documentation to the clients.

Audrey is a Board Member of her local Credit Union as well as a Council member of her church. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, reading, crocheting, and traveling.

Melanie Mansfield - Administrative Support Specialist

Melanie joined our staff in November, 2021 after ten years at the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCRP) through Rutgers University as Staff Assistant for the Child health Unit. She started at our Firm in the role of Receptionist, and her exceptional administrative skills, quick learning and cheerful manner with clients and staff were apparent to all.

In 2022 Melanie became the Firm’s Administrative Support Specialist. She continues to serve as our Receptionist, with additional responsibilities including billing, appointment scheduling, and bookkeeping support.

When she’s not at work, Melanie enjoys baking and spending quality time with her son.
